Domestic Disturbance

We are in the process of developing a comedy animated television series titled "Domestic Disturbance". This will be one of the entertainment products from RECON-Digital.

The show revolves around a Kenyan family dealing with the vicissitudes of life in a contemporary urban setting. Squarely placed in the "middle class", holding this nuclear family together is extremely challenging for all concerned. Whether it is marital strife, sibling rivalry, financial difficulties or external relationships, all these things can take their toll on the family. But in the midst of these realities, a humorous perspective and genuine love for each other are the silver lining that helps them make it through each "episode".

The Greedy Lords of the Jungle

Originally the story was an allegory about the disenfranchisement of the Africans by the Europeans especially during and after 'the Scramble for Africa'. The principles are equally true of any situation in which one party, wrongfully and especially forcefully, acquires another party's property or rights. Unfortunately this is a problem still rife in Africa and one that regularly rears its ugly head right here in Kenya.
